All set-up & decoration inside of the FARMhouse is based on your party theme. (Horse/”Unicorn” riding occurs outdoors, but the rest of the party is inside).
Party Favors – a dozen themed & decorated cookies
A dozen cupcakes with matching theme toppers
Food & drink for up to 12 kids. See details for each theme.
A party hostess (handles setup, cleanup, decorating, and leads activities – you just show up)

Saddle Up & Ride on Over for a Party!
Children are provided the opportunity to interact and ride a horse or "unicorn" & feed treats. The birthday boy or girl gets an exclusive photo session. Riding is outdoors. Rest of party is inside of the FARMhouse. Sandwich Tray, Chips & Juice Boxes included as well as themed tablecloths, plates & napkins. Remember - themed cookie favors, cupcakes & invitations are included!
Race on Over for a Hot Wheels Party!
An entire Hot Wheels City in the birthday boy or girls' name is created inside of The FARMhouse including several race tracks and Hot Wheels branded games. A set of 50 hot wheels cars are included. Concession stand to include soft pretzels, popcorn & pizza is included for up to 12 kids. Juice boxes, themed table cloths & napkins included. Remember - themed cookie favors, cupcakes & invitations are included!
Let's Part-Tea!
A tea party for 12 kids is setup inside of the farmhouse. (Tea cups and serving ware is plastic or paper to ensure safety of children). Food to include tea sandwiches and cake squares. Beverages include cold & hot tea and lemonade. Table cloths, napkins and all serving ware is included. Remember - themed cookie favors, cupcakes & invitations are included!

A $250 non-refundable retainer is due to book your party (the final balance is due 1-week before the event). Your booking is not confirmed until you sign the contract and pay the retainer. For questions, you can reach us at events@thefarm1780.com.
