Refund and Returns Policy
Due to food safety issues and regulations, food offerings and flowers are ineligible for refunds.
Any non-food products can be returned for full refunds within 7-days as long as it is returned in the same condition in which it was purchased. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Partial refunds are at the discretion of The FARM 1780 staff. All decisions are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Alcoholic beverages are sold through our sister company, Farm Crafted Events LLC and can only be returned if they are spoiled, deteriorated, or contaminated. If you need to cancel a wine or beer order that you placed, please contact Farm Crafted Events directly at (803) 250-5797. Canceled orders may be subject to a $25 restocking fee.
Exchanges

Events Terms of Purchase
The terms of purchase are between you, “The Purchaser” and the purchaser’s guests (together “You” or “The Participant” and The FARM 1780, LLC. In consideration of the consent of The FARM 1780 to provide you with services, you voluntarily agree to the following terms of purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase a ticket. Unless otherwise stated on an individual event’s description, all event tickets are subject to the below terms of purchase.
Refunds, Exchanges and Transfers
All sales are final. Tickets are transferable (to another person or another event), but not refundable. You may transfer your tickets to a future event (that is on-sale at the time of the transfer request) or to another person up to 24-hours before the start time of the event. Afterwards, no transfers are possible.
For events with different ticket prices: There are no partial refunds if You choose to transfer to a less expensive ticket. If the event You are requesting to transfer to has a higher ticket price than the original purchase price, You must pay the difference + a $10 transfer fee at the time of transfer.
Transfers cannot be reversed. If You transfer your ticket and later decide You would like to attend the event, You will need to purchase a new ticket. If the event is sold out, You can join the wait list.
Each ticket may only be transferred once, regardless of the method or reason.
There are no refunds if the event is postponed for any reason. Your tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, but your order will not qualify for a refund. If the event is cancelled, you will be given a refund minus any processing fees.
Limited License
The FARM 1780 and its vendors, partners, or assigned reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any Participant whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, or any Participant who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
Promotions and Copyright
The FARM 1780, Farm Crafted Events, LLC and its representatives reserve the right to photograph all events and use the images for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation due to any Participant.
Assumption of Risk
By purchasing an event ticket, the Participant chooses to voluntarily participate with the full knowledge that the activity may be hazardous to your person or property, as well as the person and property of others. By participating in the event, the Participant represents and warrants that s/he knows of no medical or physical reason why s/he should not participate in the activities.
Release and Waiver
YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER SAID EVENT. EACH PARTICIPANT KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND RELINQUISHES THE FARM 1780’S OFFICERS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY “THE RELEASEES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH), ILLNESS, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGES INCLUDING LEGAL FEES, COSTS, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHICH ARISE FROM OR RELATE TO PARTICIPANT’S TIME AND ACTIVITIES AT THE EVENT AS A RESULT OF THE SOLE, JOINT, OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY OF RELEASEES.
Limitation of Liability
THE FARM 1780 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend The FARM 1780, LLC and any of its employees, owners, directors, officers, or agents from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, or lawsuits arising out of, related to or connected with the event, including claims for loss or damage to any property, or for death or injury to any individual. The indemnity shall survive the termination of the Agreement. This instrument binds You and his or her executors, administrators, assignees, or heirs.
Jurisdiction
These terms fall under the jurisdiction of the state of South Carolina and are therefore subject to South Carolina’s laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable city, county, state, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal activity on the premises.
WARNING!
Under South Carolina law, an agritourism professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agritourism activity resulting from an inherent risk associated with the agritourism activity. (Chapter 53, Title 46, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976)
