Birthdays on The FARM
Time slots: 10am – 12pm | 1pm – 3pm | 4pm – 6pm

Parties are $295 and include:
- Party duration: 2 hours
- 45 minutes ahead of time to decorate
- Chairs & Tables wrapped in kraft paper (if you prefer, you can bring your own tablecloths)
- Use of covered pavilion (including heaters & fans, as needed)
- A party hostess (handles setup, cleanup, and leads activities – you decorate)
- Group size: up to 40 total people (children included)
- Children’s play area (climbing tires, tire swings, rock garden, etc.)
- The activity of choice (for up to 12 children is included, additional children can be added on for a per-child price)

SEASONAL ACTIVITIES
April: “Join Us for a Rainbow of Fun”
Kids are taken throughout the property on a Scavenger Hunt to collect a rainbow of colors from nature. Scavenger Hunt ends with kids creating their own Natural Rainbow with items collected & some pre-collected items to add.
Included for up to 12 children. Additional Children are $3 each. Great for all ages!
May: “A Flower Party! U-Pick Flowers + Flower Crowns”
The FARM 1780 grows native flowers like zinnias, red gem, sweet alyssum, eucalyptus & more. We’ll take kids into the flower fields to pick their own flowers & then return to create beautiful flower crowns or bouquets!
Included for up to 12 children. Additional Children are $12 each. Great for all ages!
June: “A Berry Sweet Birthday”
It’s berry season in South Carolina! Kids will be provided opportunity to pick their own blackberries or blueberries. Each child will take home a pint of berries. Berries are an agricultural product and their availability to pick cannot be guaranteed. If you-pick cannot be offered due to the weather or lack of availability, the activity will be adjusted to make your own ice cream (blackberry, blueberry or strawberry – your choice).
Included for up to 12 children. Additional Children are $9 each. Great for all ages!
To book your party, complete the below information.
A $100 non-refundable retainer is due to book your party (the final balance is due 1-week before the event). Your booking is not confirmed until you sign the contract and pay the retainer. We do offer full event planning services as well as additional options (like food, face painting, bounce houses, and other add-ons for additional costs.) FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are the parties inside our outside?
Children’s Birthday parties & all activities take place outside. The party itself is under our covered 1,200 sq. ft pavilion.

Can we bring in outside food & drink?
Yes, we allow outside food and drink. If you are going to serve alcoholic beverages, this does need to be coordinated through us. We do not allow outside alcohol.
We do offer in-house food and beverage services and you can email us at events@thefarm1780.com for a quote.
What if it rains?
Birthday parties are rain or shine. If the weather does not permit us to be fully outdoors, we move activities under covered structures on the property.
Is there a limit on the number of people that can attend?
Maximum gathering is 40 total people (including children). If you are looking for an event with more than 40 people, please visit farmcraftedevents.com
Your package includes an activity of choice for up to 12 total children. You can add additional children for additional fees (based on activity). If your party will have more than 20 children, there is a $75 additional staffing fee added.
Can we decorate?
Absolutely!
We wrap the included tables in Kraft paper. You are able to arrive 45-minutes before your party time to add any additional decorations that you would like. We do have some limitations (ex: no nails, etc.) that we review once you book.
What activities are included?
Each kids birthday party includes access to The FARMstand play area (climbing tires, swings, slides, bubble tables, and other hands-on-play).
When you book, you will choose an included activity (scroll up on this page to see all of the options). That is included for up to 12 children. We list our seasonal activities above as well. If you would like to include multiple activities, you can add them for an additional price.
