Friday Morning Yoga on The FARM

Relax, breathe, and stretch on a Friday morning to prepare for your weekend with Caroline Whisennant during Yoga on The FARM. Class is for all levels of yoga. Bring your own mat and water bottle. We are offering this class during our Mom’s Mornings on The FARM (included for Mom’s attending Mom’s Morning) because we believe that it’s important for parents to prioritize time for themselves.
If you are not participating in Mom’s Morning you can still attend yoga!

Caroline came to yoga to find ease in pregnancy. It became a way to care for her mind and body as she grew her young family. In 2019, Caroline began practicing and training under the lovely folks at Pink Lotus Yoga Center in Lexington. She earned her 200-hour yoga teacher training (RYT200) in June 2020.
