Walk through the beautifully displayed tree lot, explore the sizes and shapes, and choose the tree that fits your home and your holiday tradition. Our team will:

Give your tree a fresh cut
Trim any branches as needed
Shake, net, and load it securely into your vehicle

Whether you want a petite tabletop tree or a tall, showstopper, we have options for every home.

Tree Pricing: Prices vary by height and shape. They start around $50.

Tree Delivery Service: Next Day delivery for homes in Lexington County only within 8-miles of the farm. Our team will drop your tree (netted) to your front porch or garage entrance within 24-hours of on-site purchase. Delivery Fee: $35 (kindly add 4% for electronic payments)

🎁 Ornament Coloring Station:

Once you’ve picked your tree, stop by our ornament station where kids can color their own wood-slice and take home a one-of-a-kind creation to display on the tree (included with purchase of tree).

As you explore, remember that The FARM 1780 is a living, working farm. You may see chickens scratching in the fields, crops growing, or even our working dogs on duty protecting livestock and crops. For everyone’s safety, please don’t approach or pet the dogs — they’re here to work, not to play.

Admission: There’s no admission fee to visit our Christmas tree lot. You simply pay for what you purchase.

Please note, we are not a free photo spot. In order to take posed family photos a $50 minimum purchase required. Professional photographers please contact us for location fees. We do not allow on-site professional photorgraphy unless coordinated in advance.

Parking: Free parking is available on-site. Please follow staff directions on busy weekends to keep traffic flowing.

Payment Options: We accept cash, credit, debit, and Venmo at the FARMstand and tree lot. Electronic payments are subject to a 4% service charge.

Tree Services Included: Every tree purchase includes a fresh cut, trimming, shaking, netting, and assistance loading your tree. We offer next day delivery within Lexington County for homes within 8-miles of the farm for $35 additional.

Holiday Décor: In addition to our Christmas Trees in Lexington SC, we carry fresh wreaths, garlands, and handmade wooden reindeer. Items sell quickly, so arrive early for the best selection.

Restrooms: A composting restroom with a baby changing table and hand wash station is available on-site.

Weather: Remember, we’re a working farm. Dress comfortably for the outdoors, expect muddy shoes if it’s been raining, and check our Facebook and Instagram stories for severe weather updates before visiting.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. Only ADA-defined service dogs are permitted. Service dogs must remain on a leash, be under control at all times, and are not allowed in livestock or crop areas.

Working Dogs: The FARM is a working farm and maintains working dogs as part of daily operations. These dogs are considered livestock and perform essential tasks such as guarding, herding, and predator deterrence. Guests may encounter working dogs during their visit. For everyone’s safety, please do not interfere with, approach, feed, or attempt to pet the working dogs (this includes service animals).
