Celebrate Tradition
The FARM offers unmatched flexibility and variety. When you reserve your date at The FARM, you will have exclusive access to all of the event spaces during your rental period. Welcome guests with a signature cocktail on the farmhouse patio, followed by a delicious meal next to the blackberry patches, and end the night with s’mores and nightcaps around the fire pit.
Wade Monts Farmhouse
Built in 1870, the Wade Monts farmhouse offers indoor space to get ready and lounge prior to your event. The use of the farmhouse is included in all event packages.
Tasting Room
The Tasting Room, located inside the farmhouse, offers a unique space for meetings, luncheons, or small gatherings. The space includes seating for 12 people and AV equipment with two 70″ screens. It provides some of the best views on the property.
The Patio & Deck
The patio and deck are located right off of the Tasting Room. These spaces make a great location for welcome cocktails, outdoor lounging, happy hour, or a small gathering.
Magnolia Pavilion
Nestled under the magnolia grove, the 380 sq. ft. Magnolia Pavilion offers space for live music or your DJ to set up. It’s also a great space for small events if you’re looking for a covered outdoor space.

White Oak Pavilion
This 1,200 sq. ft. covered structure is conveniently located near the parking area and farmhouse. Enjoy the beautiful views of the pond, wildflower fields, blackberry patches, and vibrant orchard.
The grassy hillside sits next to the blackberry patches and alongside the pond and wildflower fields. This venue space provides a lot of flexibility for large gatherings. Work with us to find a tent that meets your unique event needs.
Fire Pit
Situated near 200-year old oak trees and next to the pond, the fire pit offers an amazing ambiance. Enjoy a nightcap, hand-rolled cigars, or smores around the fire. You’re welcome to use it for any length of time during your rental period.
Ceremony Location
The ceremony location is nestled beneath the 200-year old oak trees on the bank of the pond. An arbor made from reclaimed 1860s Barnwood offers a beautiful backdrop to your ceremony and photo backdrop.
Fishing Pier & Gazebo
available 2023
Enjoy fishing the fully stocked pond with your children or have an intimate ceremony on the covered gazebo and fishing pier. This space will be complete in 2023.
