It’s finally your turn, fellas. The Roost is our new series of guys’ night events at The FARM 1780—designed for the ones who prefer their conversations around a fire pit, their dinners smoked low and slow, and their drinks poured with purpose.
This inaugural evening brings together three local favorites—The Maduro Room, The FARM 1780, and Keg Cowboy—for a night of bold flavors, fine cigars, curated bourbon and wine, and a laid-back atmosphere under the stars.
We’re talking smoked prime rib, bourbon, wine & cigars this time, but future Roost nights may bring different flavors and formats. One thing won’t change: a good time, good people, and a damn good setting.
Whether you come with old friends or meet new ones here, The Roost is about kicking back, indulging a little, and enjoying the kind of night you’ll want to come back for.
This is a 21+ event. Feel free to bring your better half—as long as they’re cool with you pretending you know a lot about cigars.
What’s Included?
Kick things off with The FARM 1780’s signature Blackberry Bourbon Smash and prosciutto-wrapped figs.
Then settle in for a smoked prime rib dinner, complete with a farm-fresh salad, potatoes, and a few of Keg Cowboy’s favorite sides. We’ll finish strong with a summer berry bread pudding that tastes like it came from your grandma’s kitchen—if your grandma smoked brisket and served bourbon.
Each ticket includes three cigars from La Gloria Cubana and a shot at winning one of their premium humidors. We’ve got cutters, lighters, and ashtrays covered—just bring your crew.
Bonus: Wine and cigar purchases will be available on-site if you want to stock up or keep the night going.
