The Farmer’s Table – Easter Brunch

Join us for our first Farm to Table brunch series at The FARM 1780 – The Farmer’s Table. The Farmer’s Table brunches are indoor, 3-course fully-plated meals with a menu made up of ingredients that are sourced directly from The FARM 1780 & other local farmers the week of the brunch.
These 3-course meals will feature different chefs and food styles based on the season. The meals are held inside the farmhouse. Like a Chef’s table, these meals are intimate and menu items are chosen by the chef and farmer based on what is in-season and within the theme of the brunch.
Our first brunch will be on Easter Sunday April 20th. Brunch will consist of three dishes with juices, coffee and seasonal mimosas.
Seating at 1:00 p.m.
Menu:
Fresh Brewed Coffee Bar with light scones and pastries
Farm Fresh Mimosa Bar: Bellini, Mimosa and Strawberry Basil.
Course 1: Smoked Salmon Salad
Entreé: Surf & Turf Eggs Benedict – Crabcake, Steak, Farm Fresh Eggs, House-made sauces
Dessert: Belgium Waffle, Fresh strawberry compote, whipped cream
The Farmer’s Table Series Brunches are limited to 20-people. If you want to be seated together, please purchase all tickets together. Otherwise, seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Conversely, you may email us at events@thefarm1780.com if you would like us to combine your reservations to ensure seating together (based on availability).
Have kids (12 & under): Add-on a kid-friendly ticket. Kids will be entertained on the farm (while you enjoy brunch inside. Entertainment includes burning energy at the play area, an easter egg hunt, and with farm-friendly activities (feeding chickens, planting, etc.). Ticket includes choice of grilled cheese or hotdog, chips and juice. Along with pastries and cookies!
