Harvest Dinner
October 8, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
$85.00
As part of our grand opening weekend, we invite you to the first-ever Harvest Dinner on The FARM. When you arrive, grab a welcome cocktail and then join owners, Brett & McKenzie Flashnick, for a guided, walking tour of the property. Along the walk, you’ll learn more about the food you’ll be enjoying that evening and a bit of the history of the property. We’ll then sit for a family-style meal served with wines that have been chosen to complement the dishes. The farm-to-table dinner includes a four-course, meal prepared by Chef Scott Hall.
Welcome Cocktail: Fall Sangria
Course 1: Kale & Radicchio Chopped Salad and Heirloom Tomato Panzanella
Course 2: Farm Fresh Deviled Eggs
Course 3: BBQed Blueberry Glazed Chicken, Pit Smoked Pork Butt with Pickled Peaches, Goat Cheese Smashed Potato Salad, Roasted Fall Vegetables, and Grilled Blue Cheese & Scallion Bread Pudding
Course 4: Apple Cobbler
Wines chosen to complement the meal will be served with dinner
