Can I tour the property before booking?

Absolutely! We love visitors and are happy to show you around. We offer site visits Tuesday – Thursday (excluding state & federal holidays) as long as they do not conflict with another rental.  Please contact us to schedule a visit.

What is the availability?

The FARM offers daytime, evening, and all-day rentals 7-days a week.  We offer a weekend package that includes accommodations.  For specific date availability, call us or email us.

What time can I access the property?

This depends on the rental package you choose.  Our all-day and weekend packages allow access to the property at 8 AM. 

What time do we need to leave the property and can we leave items for pickup the next day?

This also depends on the rental package you choose.  Our all-day packages allow you to remain on-site until midnight.  All items need to be removed by the conclusion of your rental period.

How many people can The FARM accomodate?

The FARM offers a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces.  Each space has different occupancy limitations.  Contact us for more information.

What are the fees for private rentals?

The FARM offers a variety of rental options.  Fees vary depending on the day of the week and the length of the rental period.  Weekday reservation fees start at $500 with Friday & Saturday rentals starting at $1,900.  We also offer custom event packages.  We are currently offering introductory pricing for contracts and deposits that are received by 8/31/21.  Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.

Does The FARM provide tables and chairs?

We include tables, chairs, and basic white or black linens for up to 100 guests.  If you need additional items, we can source these for you or you can work with our rental partner.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you request to cancel your reservation, all payments are non-refundable.  In the event of inherent risks that render The FARM unsuitable for renting, we will work with you to reschedule to a mutually agreed upon date and time.  All amounts paid can be applied to future rental date(s) within 12-months of the original date(s), based on availability.

Will the site be shared with another group?

You will have exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor event spaces during your rental period if Monday – Saturday.  On Sundays, The FARM’s produce stand is open to the public and this could overlap with your event depending on the time you choose.  However, your space is reserved and marked as “Closed for a Private Event”.  Kindly note, the property is a working farm with on-site operations daily.  Employees will be on-site and working during hours of operation regardless of the day.

How many restrooms do you have?

The farmhouse has 2 restrooms.  Two outdoor facilities are included with our all-day weekend rentals.  You can choose to upgrade to restroom trailers with running water and air conditioning for an additional fee. 

For all other rental periods where there will be gatherings of more than 25 people, we do charge an additional fee for bathroom facilities.  We have a preferred relationship and will coordinate these facilities for you.  If you prefer to work with a different vendor, please discuss it with us before booking.

Can I choose my own caterer?

We do not have an in-house caterer.  All food services for gatherings with more than 12 people must be provided by a licensed caterer.  We will provide you a list of caterers who are on our approved vendor list. You are welcome to bring in a different caterer as long as they complete our vendor review process a minimum of 30-days prior to your event. Please note: we do not offer a commercial kitchen.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes.  However, any and all liabilities from the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises are the responsibility of the renter.  If you’re planning a gathering for more than 12 people, alcohol must be served by a certified bartender listed as one of The FARM’s approved vendors.

Are there limitations on outside vendors that I can use?

Yes, all vendors offering services at The FARM need to be on the approved vendor list.  For vendors not listed, we welcome them to complete the vendor review process for your event.  This needs to be completed a minimum of 30-days prior to the start of your rental period.

Does The FARM offer event planning services?

All of our fees include a day-of-event coordinator. However, this is not an event planner.  While not required, we recommend you contract with one of our approved event planners.  The FARM is a unique property and a planner will ensure a seamless, memorable, and low-stress event.

Are there limitations on decorations?

Yes. Due to the historic and unique nature of the property, there are some restrictions. Please talk with us before booking to ensure you fully understand all of these. Your rental agreement will detail out the allowable and restricted items.  We DO allow candles and celebration items, with certain precautions.

Are pets allowed?

We love animals.  However, pets and livestock don’t always mix well.  Therefore, we only allow service dogs on the property.

Do we need event insurance?

If you plan to have more than 12 people gathering, you will need to secure special event liability insurance. A copy of the policy is due to The FARM 7-days prior to the start of the rental period. 

Do you allow rehearsals?

Yes, but only if the property is not booked.  We cannot guarantee rehearsal availability.  If your event requires rehearsal time, we suggest a custom event package.  Contact us for more information. 

Is The FARM available for bridal portraits or engagement pictures?

If you have a reservation for a future rental date on our property, we allow you to visit at any time as long as it does not conflict with another rental period.  Please contact us in advance to ensure the space you would like for your photos is available.
