DESCRIPTION:Enjoy the outdoors\, breath\, stretch\, and bend with Kelly Branning during this first-ever class. Class is for all levels of yoga. Bring your own mat and water bottle. \nThe class is free but does require advanced registration.  \nKelly finds mindful movement to be a powerful vehicle for grounding and she brings this to mind in every class she teaches. It is her intention to share that with her classes. She began teaching yoga in 1998 and has several YogaFit Certifications and 200 yoga teacher training with Gotta Yoga through Pink Lotus Yoga Center in Lexington.
