We’re serving up a four-course\, family-style meal packed with the freshest ingredients from The FARM 1780 and other local farmers. \nHere’s what’s on the menu (besides delicious food): \n\n\nFamily-Style Dinner by Chef Chris Williams:We’re thrilled to welcome Chris Williams\, Executive Chef and Owner of Roy’s Grille in Irmo\, SC. A 2022 South Carolina Chef Ambassador\, Chris grew up in a family of incredible home cooks in Olar\, SC\, and built his career on scratch-made Southern comfort food. He’s all about big flavors\, fresh ingredients\, and honoring family traditions—and it shows in every bite. \n\n\nCocktail Hour on the Patio:We’ll kick things off with a laid-back cocktail hour on the farmhouse patio (weather permitting). Sip on two signature cocktails and snack on a welcome hors d’oeuvre while soaking in the views of the flower fields and live music by Coley Williams. \n\n\nWine\, Farmhouse-Style:No need to make tough wine choices—we’ve got you covered! Your ticket includes table-service wine featuring one white and one red\, handpicked to complement the evening’s meal. \n\n\nMore About Chef Chris Williams:Chris is the heart and soul behind Roy’s Grille\, a hidden gem that started inside a gas station in Lexington (yes\, seriously—it’s that good). Since opening in 2014\, he’s built a loyal following with his house-cured bacon\, scratch-made BBQ\, and creative twists on classic Southern dishes.
