DESCRIPTION:Kick off the start of our 2024 season out here on The FARM with a true farm-to-table dinner experience. This four-course\, fully-plated meal will feature fresh\, locally grown and raised ingredients from our farm. \nThe chef for this dinner is Chef Nivit Tipvaree\, owner of Bodhi Thai Dining. Chef Nivit\, a native from Nakhon Swan\, Thailand\, wears many culinary hats. His expertise as a Thai\, Sushi\, and French culinary Chef provides a broad base for his beautiful and delicious culinary dishes. Chef Nivit treats cooking as an opportunity to create art on multiple levels including tastes\, texture\, and appearance.  \nThailand holds a special place in the hearts of our owners\, Brett & McKenzie Flashnick.  2024 marks our 10th wedding anniversary\, and we spent our honeymoon in Thailand.  As we were thinking about our spring event\, we wanted to share the beauties of this country and its culinary greatness with the Lexington community.  There was no one better to make this a reality than Chef Nivit. \n We’re beyond excited to bring you this unique event. This dinner will be more intimate than our typical Spring Dinners. You’ll still sit family style\, but each course will be individually plated. \nThere will be a welcome experience that highlights the Thai culture followed by a 4-course meal. Tickets include a wine paired to complement each course. \n1st course\nPatty pan squash bisque \n2nd course\nOctopus \nGrilled octopus\, mixed greens\, heirloom tomato\, quinoa and fish sauce vinaigrette \nEntree\nRibeye\nGrilled ribeye\, roasted rainbow carrots\, parsnip purée\, charred boiler onion and Panang curry sauce \nDessert\nMango\nMango mousse cake with mango gelato \nSCROLL DOWN TO PURCHASE TICKETS  \n  \nWhat people have to say about Farm-to-Table Dinners at The FARM 1780: \n“It was a beautiful evening from start to finish.” \n“It was all delicious and learning about the food was our favorite part (how it was prepared/stored\, who made it\, the freshness\, why ingredients were chosen\, etc.).
