DESCRIPTION:As part of our grand opening weekend\, we invite you to the first-ever Harvest Dinner on The FARM.  When you arrive\, grab a welcome cocktail and then join owners\, Brett & McKenzie Flashnick\, for a guided\, walking tour of the property.  Along the walk\, you’ll learn more about the food you’ll be enjoying that evening and a bit of the history of the property.  We’ll then sit for a family-style meal served with wines that have been chosen to complement the dishes.  The farm-to-table dinner includes a four-course\, meal prepared by Chef Scott Hall. \nWelcome Cocktail: Fall Sangria \nCourse 1: Kale & Radicchio Chopped Salad and Heirloom Tomato Panzanella  \nCourse 2: Farm Fresh Deviled Eggs \nCourse 3: BBQed Blueberry Glazed Chicken\, Pit Smoked Pork Butt with Pickled Peaches\, Goat Cheese Smashed Potato Salad\, Roasted Fall Vegetables\, and Grilled Blue Cheese & Scallion Bread Pudding \nCourse 4: Apple Cobbler \nWines chosen to complement the meal will be served with dinner \nMenu items are subject to change based on availability at the time of the event. Due to the style of this dinner\, we are not able to accommodate substitutions or dietary restrictions.  \nA Lexington native\, Chef Scott Hall cooked for a decade in New York City\, where he earned a spot in the kitchen at acclaimed restaurant Prune and went on to co-found a full-service catering company before returning to South Carolina in the late 2000s. Scott Hall Catering is a full-service catering firm known for its weddings and special event work.  He is the founder of the X Marks the Spot pop-up dinner series\, known for its outside-the-box creative themes and boundary-breaking\, performance-based dinner experiences. Scott brings a special skill level and creativity to the meals that he creates.
