New Year’s Day Farm-to-Table Meal

According to Southern lore, you will have good luck for the entire year if you have the traditional New Year’s Day supper. In the South, that means collard greens, hoppin’ John, black-eyed peas, cornbread, and pork. It may just be a superstition, but a good meal can’t hurt – so why not join us on The FARM to celebrate 2024?
This Farm-to-Table meal includes farm-fresh ingredients grown right in the fields that you will be dining next to. You’ll be sitting family-style, but the meal will be served as an elevated buffet.
Chef Brian Nelson has years of experience crafting New Year’s Day meals as he started his culinary career in Charleston. In addition to the traditional items, Chef will add a little spin on some of your favorites. New Year’s Day meals have been a tradition at The FARM 1780 since the Monts family began farming the property in the 1870s. We are looking forward to sharing this meal with the Lexington community!
There are two ticket options available. Meal with non-alcoholic drinks: $50pp. Meal & open bar (beer & wine): $70pp. There will also be a cash bar available with beer and wine on the day of. Tickets include taxes & fees. Gratuity is not included. (The pavilion will be heated should the weather require it – but you never know in the south!)
